Leg Kit Specifications - Mata Air Bali

The Large Water Purifier Leg Kit is easily assembled step by step, from 6 numbered sets of parts, and a small amount of PVC pipe glue.

There is no need to sand the pipes. Just glue them together. The fittings must be clean and dry before gluing.

Use PVC Pipe glue. First coat the inside fitting, then the fitting to be inserted with glue. You have about 25 seconds before the glue sets, you must work fast.

Be sure to fully insert the fittings 2.5 cm, to the line drawn on each pipe.

Insert all pipes completely into thier fittings, to the black ring on each pipe, approximately 2.5cm.

Open bundle number 6, and place the two end supports with the "T" openings facing up.

Open bundles number 1 and 2. Place two "T" pipes, with the "T" openings facing each other. Add two single pipes from bundle number 1, to complete the "T" connections.

Don't glue them yet! Wait untill the legs are fitted first, in the next step.

Open bundle number 3. Insert all four corner leg pipes completely into the top piece., with the long-side "T" openings facing each other.

Open bundle number 4. Insert the center legs, with the "T" openings facing opposite each other.

(Don't glue yet!)

Insert the remaining pipes from bundles 1 and 2, the same as you did in previous steps.

Glue everything until now together, when you are certain everything is level and square.

Be sure the pipes insert all the way into each fitting, to the black line.

Open bundle number 5. Place the two long feet on the end pipes. The short one in the middle. Glue them together, making sure they are fully inserted and square.

Turn the leg kit right-side-up. It must be placed on completly level and strong surface. If not, The Purifier may not work correctly and possibly warp. Place the purifier on the leg kit. The Purifier must slope to the noonday sun for best efficiency
